About
Set in expansive riverlands, a newly established estate has been created. A manor house, on slightly higher ground, provides a home for a family for generations to come.
This familiy saw potential in a location that everyone else overlooked. The beautiful views in various directions are assembled in the house. The curved shape of the roof will gently guide you while walking in and around the house. Thoughtfully integrated into its setting, the residence celebrates its natural surroundings.
The estate merges three different sceneries. The rural grounds, where the biological farmer takes care of its cows, the wild river, an ancient waterway of the Rein, and the formal English garden that guides the visitor to the entrance. These scenes are embraced by the three wings of the residence.
A fluent continuation of spaces, indoors and outdoors, makes the residence a pleasant stay for a couple as well as for the whole family of sixteen.
The ground floor, a modest beacon in its surrounding, is made out of natural stone, hand shaped by Pavlin, our highly skilled mason.
Low stone walls connect the terraces to the nature. A level higher you find an open pavilion of glass and wood.
Verandas on every side of the house covered by a large roof connect the living area to the garden. The residence became part of its environment through a constant dialogue with nature.
